AI Engineer

ConusAI is looking for a talented AI Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing our AI Agents platform and automating marketing processes using cutting-edge AI technologies. What Will You Do

• Design, develop, and deploy AI agents for business process optimization
• Build and maintain machine learning models and natural language processing systems
• Implement vector databases for efficient knowledge retrieval and semantic search
• Create automated marketing solutions powered by AI
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into our platform
• Optimize AI models for performance, accuracy, and scalability
• Stay current with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning
• Contribute to the architecture and design of our AI infrastructure
• Participate in code reviews and maintain high code quality standards
• Document technical specifications and development processes

What We Expect

• Strong programming skills in Python and experience with AI/ML frameworks
• Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) such as GPT-4, Claude, or Llama
• Knowledge of vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus)
• Experience with prompt engineering and fine-tuning language models
• Familiarity with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) techniques
• Understanding of NLP concepts and techniques
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
