Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

ConusAI is seeking Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead our company through its next phase of growth. As CEO, you will be responsible for setting the strategic direction of the company, securing funding, and building a world-class team to execute our mission of optimizing business operations through AI agents.

What Will You Do

• Develop and execute the company's strategic vision and business plan
• Lead fundraising efforts and manage relationships with venture capital investors
• Build and lead a high-performing executive team
• Establish key partnerships with technology providers, customers, and industry leaders
• Represent the company at industry events, media appearances, and investor meetings
• Drive revenue growth and ensure financial sustainability
• Foster a culture of innovation, excellence, and continuous improvement
• Make critical decisions on product direction, market positioning, and resource allocation
• Oversee the development and implementation of company policies and procedures

What We Expect

• Proven experience as a CEO or senior executive in a SaaS or AI technology company
• Successful track record of raising venture capital funding (Series A and beyond)
• Strong understanding of the AI industry landscape and emerging trends
• Experience scaling a technology startup from early stage to growth phase
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Financial acumen and experience managing P&L
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
• Ability to travel as needed (approximately 25%)
